MyAiEmployee provides AI, software, website, automation, and custom development services. Each solution is delivered according to the scope agreed in your quotation or project agreement.
Starting Prices
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final project pricing depends on complexity, features, integrations, customization, data requirements, and development work involved.
Custom Software & BMS
Custom software and Business Management System (BMS) projects may have substantially higher development costs than the starting prices shown. A customized quotation will be provided before work begins.
Development Timelines
Development timelines depend on project scope, complexity, and responsiveness to feedback. Estimated timelines provided in your quote are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
Third-Party Services
Some solutions may rely on third-party services (e.g., messaging, hosting, telephony). These services may have separate fees, terms, and subscriptions that are your responsibility.
Integrations
Integrations with existing systems may require third-party accounts, subscriptions, or access credentials. You are responsible for providing accurate access and information.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and access required to deliver your solution. Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses may require human review. MyAiEmployee does not guarantee that AI will always produce perfect or error-free responses. You remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions and information.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refund, cancellation, and payment terms are defined in your project agreement or subscription terms. Development work already completed is generally non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of custom-developed software is governed by your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, MyAiEmployee retains rights to reusable components and frameworks.
Data Handling
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any customer or business data you provide.
